Instructional Design - Content is a Team Building Facilitators Weakness

I have been a devoted follower and reader of Thiagi for some time now. He is a master in instructional design. The opportunity to watch him present for over an hour is a excellent example of facilitation.

The idea of content strength being a facilitators weakness - is well illustrated. In this day of non-stop content information what is needed is active paced facilitation of knowledge.
