Corporate Team Building Program: Rochester, NY - Company Picinic

June was a very busy month for Create-Learning - here some photos form one of my personal highlights of the month. I had the opportunity to serve 65 team members of LunchByte Systems Inc. Lead Team Building Activities to highlight team strength and only improve upon this already amazing team! The photos and video below were taken in a park in Rochester, NY. We ended the day with a intense and fun team building initiative for Corporate Groups called - Operation Rollerball.

This is a video showing a team building activity called: Cross-Over - this initiative highlights issues of integrity as well as cycle time improvement.

I really like this photo - more of Cross-Over - the group was randomly split into small teams of 10 - 12 people.

OPERATION ROLLERBALL! Looking down the track of this initiative - I am always amazed at how the teams creatively and cooperatively create this system of pipes and PVC pipe to accomplish this team building activity.

Multi-Generational Team Building and Activity Processing - Baby Boomers + Gen-X + Millennials (Gen-Y) sharing ideas and input into how they viewed the training and Team Development program

Processing the Team Building Program - Create-Learning Team Building strives to serve your team to find functional tie backs and metaphors to the world of work and home.
