I have the honor of presenting to the Organizational Development of Western New York;

Date: Friday Oct 3rd
Title: Dinosaurs vs. Mammals - Evolution of Social Networking
Facilitator: Michael Cardus
Location: New Era Cap, 160 Delaware Ave. Buffalo (parking available on street and in adjacent lot)
Time: 9:00am-12:00pm

Bring your laptop computers and join the OD of WNY for an interactive exploration of Social Networks, Viral Marketing, Blogs and a few other communication and marketing tools.

With the insurgence and growing popularity of social networking sites like; Face Book, Linked in, Twitter and the over-populated Blogosphere.
What options are viable to organizations to properly understand and use these social networking sites? Is it an option for your team and organization?
This workshop will cover how social networks are changing the face of work and how various generations are using this technology to enhance communications amongst globally dispersed work teams. Additionally, are these social networking sites simplifying and enhancing effectiveness or are they just creating another layer of communication noise, separating and disengaging people from communication (more below).

Please bring your laptop - we will be in small teams immersed in the content!

* This workshop will be facilitated by OD of WNY member Michael Cardus. Mike is the founder of Create-Learning -Team Building an experiential training and development consulting firm.
