This is a team building video of
Rounds of Success - Holes of Despair;
Corporate team building activity where teams write goals, strategic plans, teachable moments, shared memories etc.. on tennis balls. The group is then asked to identify things that can block them form achieving their desired outcomes and these are the "pitfalls of despair". This team development activity causes the members to communicate how to work through and around challenges. Highlighting the need for emotionally intelligent team members.
