Social Networking is Team Development

This is a copy of the Power Point that I recently presented to the Organizational Development Network of Western New York. Within the power point are links to various other sites that are excellent for creating social networks within your organization.

The one large point I wish to deliver is that this is for purposes of creating an abundance mentality of information. Abundance in the sense of the more we all share the greater we all can become. The scarcity model of information is no longer applicable and acceptable. Information is something that we all share.

Whether leading, consulting, facilitating, networking, speaking, sharing give. While giving also be open to receiving! Realize that the return on investment of social development and social networks comes from helping others to achieve success.

Create-Learning-Team Building is built in the Philosophy of sharing and treating teams and individuals as meaningful ends in of themselves. All people and teams have value and worth as entities in of themselves - what social networks can do is unleash that power of being ends in themselves with value to add to the community - on a global scale.

Here is a link to the Social Networking Bingo game we played when we started.

Thank you ODofWNY and all others who read this post. If I can further your success contact me! I am more than happy to sit with you (and speak over the phone) and serve your needs.
