TeamBuilding Activity Leader-Experiential Initiative Creator Sam Sikes

Below is an interview that Tom Heck did with Sam Sikes;

I am a fan of Sam's work he is a creator of Corporate Team Building Activities. Many experiential facilitators collect and reuse team building activities, Sam is one of the few who is creating and developing entirely new initiatives to use with a corporate audience.
I met Sam at the Western New York Student Leadership Conference at the University at Buffalo in Buffalo NY. We geeked it out for hours about new ideas and the field of corporate team building and experiential theory.
Listen to the interview Sam is a very creative and innovative guy and has insight into team development and organizational psychology.

Topics we’ll cover in this interview:

  • What is a team building “prop”?
  • What makes a good prop and what makes a bad one?
  • Can you have too many?
  • Common props
  • Unusual props
  • Sam’s favorite props
