I recently led a leadership learning session for camp staff from all over Rochester NY. The program took place at Camp Stella Maris.
Above are photos of our time together. Our focus was on developing internal staff techniques to establish positive relationships with the campers. Covering topics from - learning staff and camper names, to innovative techniques to create behavior codes amongst staff. As you can see in the photos it was a fun and learning filled time together!
