Are we unaware of choice and it's role in experience

Trainers and Facilitators,

Is our belief in experience sufficient to create learning from experiential activities, or does our ignorance of experience lead to bad faith?

Teambuilding activities are full of Bad Faith - when acting in bad faith a person is both aware, and in a sense, unaware, that they are free

How does this paradox of awareness and unawareness of participant challenge of choice affect the persons view of engagement in the program?
