Mouse Traps to Build Trust

Trust Trap Sequence

Overview:
Participants are asked to choose a partner. Each participant is given a mouse trap. They are then walked through and shown the proper steps on safely loading and unloading a mousetrap. The partnerships are led though a series of initiatives loading and unloading mouse traps, each more challenging than the last

Outcomes:
This initiative is a powerful and exciting way to establish trust between teams. Each participant must trust, support and coach their partner for success to occur. Creating a clear line of communication and establishing a shared language, clarifying sent and received messages, as well giving control to someone besides your self are parts of the Trust Trap Sequence.

In this initiative we highlight the ability to communicate a complicated task to a person who has different knowledge and experience from you.
And yes those are LOADED mouse traps!
