Create-Learning-Team Building can facilitate a customized team development program for your company Picnic and retreat that will give the existing team members greater communication and team skills as well as highlight how each team member has talents that the other team members can learn from and gain greater effectiveness as an organization.

Agenda for Corporate Team Building Picnic and Retreat Program Time


Snow Ball Fight!
Overview: Each participant is asked to write the answers to a series of questions on a piece of paper. The participant then balls up the paper and the team takes part in a snow ball fight. Participants are then asked to retrieve a paper that is not their own and, find the owner of the paper by asking questions of others.

Outcomes: Participants get to know others, renew a sense of fun. This activity is a powerful and personal introduction of team members. It allows for movement as well thought being involved in an introductory activity.

Hand Bridge
Overview: While the participants are standing in a large circle from Snow Ball Fight! They will be challenged with the task of creating a hand bridge gesture by themselves (individuals). Once they have mastered the individual task they are challenged to practice the hand gesture with a partner. Following the partner hand gesture - the entire organization is challenged to complete the hand gesture - for an entire Team Success! Each round is timed for process improvement and benchmarking.

Outcomes: By having the participants begin as individuals and end as an organization the communication and processes for success used must adapt and change. Additionally team members can learn about others ability to change and the speed at which their comfort levels deal and adapt to communication shifts.




Switch:Change:Rotate
Overview: The participants are split into groups of 4 to 5 participants per small team. The small teams move around a given area working together to follow instructions.

Outcomes: FUN!!! As well as small group interactions, listening, group coordination, and dealing effectively with change.

Cross-Over
Overview: The participants will be placed into new groups of 10-12 players per group. Players on each small group are challenged to move across a circle, touching the ground inside the center ring before taking their place in a new ring on the other side of the circle, as quickly as possible.

Outcomes: Reflection on communication types and individuals response to various communication types within the small team. Consideration of ethics and integrity within small teams if no one is watching do we still need to follow the rules? and its implications on the larger Organization.

Project Rollerball
Overview: The Organization will be split into 6 functional team units. To grow and keep the business the teams must design and execute effectively as a team the solution to a complex challenge. The aim of the project is to deliver customer satisfaction and an excellent product in a profitable and sustainable way by being able to communicate and operate with flexibility across different functions and areas.

Outcomes:
· Customer focus is what it is all about
· Interdependence upon one another is a fact of life
· Each element is one part of a whole process
· Sharing information and resources is crucial
· Cross-functional collaboration can work and must work to allow success
· Adapting to change helps us survive
· Teamwork and customer focus means success and profit
