Organizational Development of Western New York presents:

Donna Hartney and Marti Kaplan will facilitate this highly experiential session, which is geared to both internal and external consultants.The design grew out of Donna and Fran’s February session on transformative executive coaching; the session will facilitate deepening our understanding of our individual practices and identifying resources that are available to us.

We will address both business issues and personal growth as a consultant. The potential for developing a SIG geared toward improving our own OD consulting practices is built into the session. If the SIG moves forward, we will explore the use of Donna and Fran’s transformational theories through our practices.
